Refund & Cancellation Policy

Outside The Business Box, LLC
Effective Date: 12-31-2021

1. General Policy

All payments made to Outside The Business Box, LLC (“OTBB”) are non-refundable, including but not limited to setup fees, creative production fees, and monthly service fees. This is because our services involve time, expertise, and advertising spend that cannot be recovered once initiated.

2. Advertising Spend

If OTBB manages advertising campaigns on behalf of the Client (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.):

Any unused ad spend (funds directly deposited by the Client into the ad platform) remains the property of the Client.

Service fees charged by OTBB for campaign management are non-refundable, even if campaigns are paused or underperform compared to expectations.

3. Cancellations

Client may cancel ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

All work and obligations by OTBB will continue until the end of the notice period.

Client remains responsible for all accrued and outstanding fees up to the effective cancellation date.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Because digital marketing performance depends on factors outside our control (competition, platform algorithms, consumer demand, etc.), OTBB does not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, lead volume, or sales. Refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

A duplicate payment was made in error; or

OTBB failed to deliver services that were explicitly stated in the signed agreement.

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
